Operation
Karub was established in 2013 at the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) in the United Arab Emirates to engage in oil and gas trading. In 2021, it initiated the licensing process to bring its continuous and long-term success in foreign trade, energy, and construction sectors in Turkey to international standards. As of 2022, it completed its licensing procedures and began operations at its Istanbul headquarters.
Energy
Karub operates in the trade of electricity, natural gas, oil, and coal. As a key part of the supply chain with leading energy resources in Central Asia, it undertakes EPC projects (engineering, procurement, construction) internationally and pursues sustainable energy investments with a focus on reliability.
Foreign Trade
Karub supplies products to public institutions and subsidiaries in Central Asia. It holds operating licenses for mining, refining, and oil facilities of public enterprises. It successfully conducts international trade in processed and raw materials, crude oil, and refined liquid chemical products. Within the framework of agreed commercial activities, it is an authorized and entitled entity in the trade of these products.
Construction
Karub engages in the installation and commissioning of energy facilities, the construction of qualified buildings and public contracting projects, and infrastructure and superstructure projects. These projects strengthen the transportation infrastructure of regions, facilitating social life and meeting energy needs. In addition to the modernization of public spaces, sustainable energy solutions are provided to make social life comfortable and efficient.
